Tennis Elbow

Tennis elbow is the inflammation of the tendon and bony protuberance at the outer part of the elbow caused by  overuse injuries.

 

Causes:
  • Repetitive and forceful movements at
    the wrist lead to overuse injuries .

  • Inadequate flexibility in the soft tissues of elbow
    and wrist increases the risk of injury.

  • Repetitive using wrong hand posture
    to lift the heavy object.

 

Symptoms:
  •  Pain, swelling and increase temperature over the outside of the elbow.

  • Tenderness over the outside of the elbow.
