Tennis Elbow
Tennis elbow is the inflammation of the tendon and bony protuberance at the outer part of the elbow caused by overuse injuries.
Causes:

Repetitive and forceful movements at
the wrist lead to overuse injuries . -
Inadequate flexibility in the soft tissues of elbow
and wrist increases the risk of injury. -
Repetitive using wrong hand posture
to lift the heavy object.
Symptoms:

Pain, swelling and increase temperature over the outside of the elbow.

Tenderness over the outside of the elbow.
Treatment:
-
Fascial manipulation, cold and heat therapy, ultrasound, interferential therapy, acupuncture, magnetic field therapy and elbow exercise.

Using a tennis elbow brace can reduce the pressure over the tendon and reduce the pain while performing activities.

In severe condition, client may consider steroid injection to reduce the inflammation.
